## Availability, booking and arrival

- The live booking map is the authoritative source for current availability, so guests do not need to call before checking for a site.
- A single reservation can include more than one site. The same dates and lead guest apply to every selected site.
- There is no staffed reception desk or office check-in. Follow the confirmation instructions and drive directly to the assigned site. Standard arrival is after 3:00 PM; earlier arrival is welcome when the site is vacant and ready, and late arrival is welcome. Check-out is by noon.
- Guests can enter the reservation email address or phone number in the guest portal and use a six-digit one-time code sent by email or text. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Before arrival, a confirmed booking can move to an available compatible site without changing its dates or price.

## Payment and reservation status

- Payment methods: Major credit/debit cards through Square and Interac e-Transfer.
- Square card payments: When Square reports a successful card payment, the selected site is reserved even if the Fox & Maple confirmation email is delayed. Do not submit a duplicate payment.
- Interac e-Transfer: An active e-Transfer booking immediately holds the selected site for 24 hours while the payment is sent and manually matched. The hold remains valid while confirmation is pending and expires at the stated deadline if payment is not received.
- Fees and taxes: There are no booking fees or resort fees. The checkout total shows applicable taxes.

## Refund and cancellation policy

- Guests may cancel for any reason; no explanation or documentation is required.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival date for a full refund.
- Within the final 24 hours, the refund is still full when at least six other publicly bookable sites remain available for the reservation’s first night.
- When five or fewer other sites remain, Fox & Maple retains one flat $40 CAD late-cancellation fee per booking, tax included, and refunds the rest. The rule is per booking, including a multi-site booking, not per site, and the retained amount never exceeds the amount paid.
- Availability is measured immediately before the cancelled sites are released, and the exact refund appears before confirmation. Square refunds are initiated automatically; e-Transfer refunds require staff handling.

## Site types, hookups and normal rates

All rates below are the normal published rates in Canadian dollars. A dated temporary offer, when active, appears above and in the checkout price overview.

- **Sites 21–22:** RV sites; Electricity and water (E/W); $45 CAD per night.
- **Sites 23–36:** Roomier RV sites for larger RVs and vehicles; Electricity, water and sewer (E/W/S); $75 CAD per night. Book normally for 1–29 nights. Stays of 30 nights or more require an application and approval.

E means electricity, W means water and S means sewer. “Unserviced” means the site has none of those hookups.

## Late and long-term stays

- Late booking: For eligible short stays on Sites 23–36, bookings made from 8:00 PM through noon the following morning receive 30% off the first occupied night only. Those roomier full-service sites are recommended for larger RVs, vehicles and late arrivals. Until noon, the previous calendar date remains selectable for that service night.
- Long-term: Sites 23–36 may be booked normally for 1–29 nights at $75 CAD per night. A stay of 30 nights or more uses the reviewed long-term application process at $750 CAD per 30-night term, with utilities included.

## Independent RV rental recommendation

Fox & Maple is happy to recommend this independent, family-run RV rental company. RV availability, towing or delivery and setup, deposits, taxes and all rental charges are arranged and paid directly with Little RV Rentals. Little RV Rentals and Fox & Maple are separate businesses. A Fox & Maple campsite must be booked and paid for separately; campsite charges are never included in an RV rental price.
