Activities and assumption of risk

I understand that using the Fox & Maple fitness facility, exercise equipment, and related spaces involves inherent risks, including strains, falls, equipment failure, serious injury, illness, and other risks that may not be foreseeable. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept those inherent risks.

I confirm that I am responsible for deciding whether I am physically able to exercise. I will stop immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and I will seek medical advice when appropriate.

Rules, equipment, and personal property

I will use equipment only as intended, inspect it before use, follow posted rules and staff instructions, and report damaged or unsafe equipment. I will not use equipment while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, medication, or any other substance that makes exercise unsafe.

I am responsible for my personal belongings and understand that Fox & Maple cannot guarantee against loss, theft, or damage.

Release and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Fox & Maple RV Resort and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from the ordinary inherent risks of my voluntary use of the fitness facility. Nothing in this waiver excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

I agree to be responsible for loss or damage I cause through misuse, intentional conduct, or failure to follow the facility rules.
