How we use it
We use your information to manage bookings, communicate with you, process payments, administer rentals and facilities, verify signed waiver records, support safety and incident response, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Video surveillance
Security cameras may operate at entrances, internal roads, facilities and common areas for safety, security and incident review. Cameras are not installed in washrooms or showers and are not intentionally directed inside sleeping tents. Access is limited to authorized people and footage is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, an incident, an insurance matter or a legal obligation.
