Current notices
Check online, then go directly to your site
There is no reception line or office check-in. The booking map answers the most common availability question at any hour.
Live availability
The live booking map is the authoritative source for current availability, so guests do not need to call before checking for a site.
A single reservation can include more than one site. The same dates and lead guest apply to every selected site.
Open the live booking map →Arrival and check-out
There is no staffed reception desk or office check-in. Follow the confirmation instructions and drive directly to the assigned site. Standard arrival is after 3:00 PM; earlier arrival is welcome when the site is vacant and ready, and late arrival is welcome. Check-out is by noon.
Manage or change a booking
Guests can enter the reservation email address or phone number in the guest portal and use a six-digit one-time code sent by email or text. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Before arrival, a confirmed booking can move to an available compatible site without changing its dates or price.
Manage a booking →Late and last-minute stays
For eligible short stays on Sites 23–36, bookings made from 8:00 PM through noon the following morning receive 30% off the first occupied night only. Those roomier full-service sites are recommended for larger RVs, vehicles and late arrivals. Until noon, the previous calendar date remains selectable for that service night.
Choose by the services you need
E means electricity, W means water and S means sewer. “Unserviced” means no electricity, water or sewer hookup at the site. Rates are the normal published prices in Canadian dollars; any eligible discount is named separately in the booking price overview.

A successful payment or active hold reserves the site
- Methods: Major credit/debit cards through Square and Interac e-Transfer.
- Square: When Square reports a successful card payment, the selected site is reserved even if the Fox & Maple confirmation email is delayed. Do not submit a duplicate payment.
- Interac e-Transfer: An active e-Transfer booking immediately holds the selected site for 24 hours while the payment is sent and manually matched. The hold remains valid while confirmation is pending and expires at the stated deadline if payment is not received.
- Fees and taxes: There are no booking fees or resort fees. The checkout total shows applicable taxes.
No argument and no reason required
Guests may cancel for any reason; no explanation or documentation is required.
- Before the final 24 hours: Cancel at least 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival date for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours, when space remains: Within the final 24 hours, the refund is still full when at least six other publicly bookable sites remain available for the reservation’s first night.
- Within 24 hours, when space is scarce: When five or fewer other sites remain, Fox & Maple retains one flat $40 CAD late-cancellation fee per booking, tax included, and refunds the rest. The rule is per booking, including a multi-site booking, not per site, and the retained amount never exceeds the amount paid.
Availability is measured immediately before the cancelled sites are released, and the exact refund appears before confirmation. Square refunds are initiated automatically; e-Transfer refunds require staff handling.
