Before you book

The questions we hear most. Live site availability is always shown on the booking map, and the arrival answers below apply even when you book late at night.

Booking & payment

How do I book a site?

Book online any time — choose your dates on the live campground map, pick any selectable site and see the complete price instantly. The map uses current inventory, so there is no need to call first to ask whether a site is available.

Can I book more than one site?

Yes. On the booking page, select Book more than one site, then choose each available site you need from the map. The same dates and lead guest apply to every selected site.

Can I rent an RV for my stay?

Yes. We're happy to recommend Little RV Rentals, an independent, family-run RV rental company in Kamloops. Little RV Rentals and Fox & Maple are separate businesses. Rental availability, towing requirements, delivery and setup, deposits, taxes and all rental charges are handled directly by them.

Your Fox & Maple campsite must be booked and paid for separately. Campsite fees are not included in any RV rental price.

Before finalizing both bookings, make sure the RV's length and hookup needs match the campsite you choose. Visit Little RV Rentals →

How do I pay, and are there extra fees?

You can pay by major credit/debit card through Square or choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout. If Square says your card payment succeeded, your selected site is reserved even if the Fox & Maple confirmation email is still arriving—please do not pay again. An active e-Transfer booking holds the selected site for 24 hours while you send payment and we manually match it; a delayed confirmation does not release that hold. No resort fees and no booking fees; the displayed total includes the applicable taxes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel for any reason—no explanation or documentation is required. Cancel at least 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival date for a full refund. Within the final 24 hours, you still receive a full refund when at least six other campsites remain bookable for your first night. When five or fewer remain, we retain one flat $40 late-cancellation fee per booking—including multi-site bookings—and refund everything else. The cancellation screen shows the exact refund before you confirm.

Booking tonight or arriving late with a larger RV?

When available, choose roomy full-service Sites 23–36; they provide more space for larger RVs and vehicles and are our preferred late-arrival area. For an eligible same-day reservation made after 8:00 PM campground time, the booking page automatically discounts the first night on Sites 23–36 by 30%. Only the first night is discounted; later nights use their normal rate.

Your stay

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard arrival is after 3:00 PM. Earlier arrival is welcome when your assigned site is already free and ready, and late arrival is fine. There is no office or front-desk check-in: follow your confirmation instructions and go directly to your assigned site. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

What's included with my stay?

Free WiFi, hot showers, and the dog park are included. The fitness gym and electric sauna are temporarily unavailable through July 31, 2026. See the full list on the amenities page.

What do E, W and S mean?

E means electricity at the site, W means water at the site, and S means sewer at the site. Sites 1–5, 12–14 and 21–22 are E/W; Sites 6–11 and 23–36 are E/W/S; Site 15 is W only; and Site 16 is E only. Sites 17–18 are serviced campsites with E/W/S hookups. Site 19 is an unserviced tent site, and Site 20 is an unserviced ATV site.

Are yurts available?

No. Yurts are currently unavailable. Sites 17–18 are now normal serviced campsites with E/W/S, and Site 19 is an unserviced tent site. Bring your own tent or complete camping setup; no yurt accommodation or equipment is provided.

Is there WiFi?

Yes — complimentary WiFi across the grounds. Your password comes with your check-in instructions.

Can I have a campfire?

No. A strict fire ban is in effect: campfires, open fires, charcoal, candles, and use of fire pits are prohibited everywhere on the property.

Are there quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy the creek and the calm. See all our park rules.

Who it's for

Is it good for families and kids?

Absolutely. Several overnight sites are near a small kids' playground and dog park, and quiet hours help keep evenings relaxed for everyone.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — friendly, leashed pets are welcome, and there's an on-site dog park for off-leash time. Please clean up after your pet and don't leave them unattended at your site.

Is the campground wheelchair accessible?

Our main facilities and many sites are on level ground and reachable along the campground roads. Accessibility needs vary, so please get in touch before booking and we'll help match you to the best site.
