How do I pay, and are there extra fees?

You pay directly with us — major credit/debit cards and Interac e-Transfer. No resort fees and no booking fees; the rate you see is the rate you pay (taxes aside).

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can. The exact cancellation window and any deposit terms are confirmed when you book. Reach out and we'll sort it out.

Your stay

What are check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in is available 24/7 — arrive any hour. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. There's no front desk; we'll email your check-in details after booking, and our team is about 10 minutes away if you need anything.

What's included with my stay?

Free WiFi across the grounds, hot showers, the dog park, the fitness gym, and the electric sauna are all included. See the full list on the amenities page.

Is there WiFi?

Yes — complimentary WiFi across the grounds. Your password comes with your check-in instructions.

Can I have a campfire?

Campfires are welcome in the designated fire pits at each site. Please never leave a fire unattended, and respect any active fire bans — when in doubt, ask us.

Are there quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy the creek and the calm. See all our park rules.

Who it's for

Is it good for families and kids?

Absolutely. We have family-oriented RV sites near a small kids' playground, a dog park, and quiet hours in the evening — a relaxed, safe setting for little ones.

Are pets allowed?

Yes — friendly, leashed pets are welcome, and there's an on-site dog park for off-leash time. Please clean up after your pet and don't leave them unattended at your site.

Is the campground wheelchair accessible?

Our main facilities and many sites are on level ground and reachable along the campground roads. Accessibility needs vary, so please get in touch before booking and we'll help match you to the best site.
