Our standard arrival time is after 3:00 PM. Earlier arrival is welcome when your assigned site is already free and ready.

There is no office check-in. Follow your confirmation instructions and settle directly into your assigned site.

Checkout by 12:00 noon

Please leave the site by noon on your departure day so it can be prepared for the next guest.

Paid or waiting for the confirmation email?

If Square says your card payment succeeded, your selected site is reserved even if our confirmation email is still arriving. An active e-Transfer booking also holds the selected site for 24 hours while payment is sent and manually matched. Please do not pay twice.

Late arrival or a larger RV?

Choose roomy full-service Sites 23–36 when available. For eligible same-day bookings made after 8:00 PM, the first night on these sites is discounted 30% automatically; later nights remain at their normal rate.
