We keep things simple: respect the space, respect your neighbours, and enjoy your stay. A few house rules keep Fox & Maple welcoming for everyone.
Standard arrival is after 3:00 PM. Earlier arrival is welcome when your assigned site is already vacant and ready, and late arrival is fine. There is no office check-in: follow your confirmation instructions and go directly to your assigned site. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and voices low, and generators off, so everyone can enjoy the creek and the quiet.
Friendly, leashed pets are welcome and there's an on-site dog park for off-leash time. Please clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended at your site.
A strict fire ban is in effect. Campfires, open fires, charcoal, candles, and use of fire pits are prohibited everywhere on the property.
The speed limit is 10 km/h park-wide. Watch for children, pets, and pedestrians at all times.
Day and overnight visitors are welcome but must be registered with Fox & Maple before arrival. You're responsible for your guests following park rules. Participant-only events may prohibit visitors; when they do, only people included in an event registration may enter.
Please use the designated bins for garbage and recycling and never dump grey or black water outside the proper stations. Keep your site tidy.
A signed gym waiver is required before using the fitness facility. Follow all posted instructions for the gym and sauna, and supervise children using the playground.
Children under 19 must be included in the event registration and remain under the continuous care and supervision of their parent or legal guardian, or a responsible registered adult authorized by them. The booking lead, every participating driver and every adult waiver signer must be 19 or older. Drivers must be appropriately licensed, insured and sober, and alcohol is for adults 19+ only. Each adult signs their own event waiver; children do not sign the adult waiver.
