Rates are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice; the rate accepted at booking is the rate you pay. A successful Square card payment reserves the selected site even if the Fox & Maple confirmation email is delayed. A pending e-Transfer booking reserves the selected site for 24 hours while payment is sent and manually matched; the hold expires if payment is not received by its stated deadline. Guests should not submit a duplicate payment while a successful Square payment or active e-Transfer hold is being processed.
Motor Weekends are family-friendly, registered-participant events. The booking lead, every participating driver and every adult waiver signer must be 19 or older. Each adult attendee provides their own contact details and signs their own event waiver; children do not receive or sign the adult waiver. Children under 19 attend free, but they must be included in the registration and count toward event capacity. We collect only the number of children attending and any optional shirt choices—not their names or contact details. The booking lead must confirm parent or legal-guardian permission and continuous supervision by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult authorized by them. Optional event T-shirts for adults or children cost $10 CAD each.
Standard arrival is after 3:00 PM. Earlier arrival is permitted when the assigned site is already vacant and ready, and late arrival is permitted. Fox & Maple has no staffed front desk or office check-in: guests follow their confirmation instructions and go directly to the assigned site. Check-out is by 12:00 noon on the departure date.
A guest may cancel for any reason without providing an explanation or documentation. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the arrival date receives a full refund. Within the final 24 hours, the guest still receives a full refund when at least six other campsites remain bookable for the reservation's first night. When five or fewer other campsites remain, Fox & Maple retains one flat $40 late-cancellation fee per booking, including multi-site bookings, and refunds the rest. The retained amount will never exceed the amount paid. Availability is assessed immediately before the cancelled sites are released, and the exact refund is shown before the cancellation is confirmed.
Guests agree to follow our park rules. A signed gym waiver is required before using the gym, and each adult kayak renter must sign the applicable rental waiver before taking equipment. Typed electronic signatures and acknowledgements are stored with the waiver version and signing audit record. Management may ask guests who don't comply to leave without refund.
You use the campground, facilities, and amenities at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Fox & Maple is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except in cases of gross negligence.
