Read the complete event booking terms
  1. The Fox & Maple JDM Campout runs from 4 September to 6 September 2026. The booking lead, every participating driver, and every attendee signing an adult waiver must be 19 or older. Children are welcome when included on a registration and properly supervised.
  2. A standard pass is CAD 129 for one feature vehicle and two adults. A shared-canopy group pass is CAD 100 per vehicle for two to six vehicles purchased in one transaction, with two adults per vehicle. Each attendee under 19 receives a CAD 30 child discount, including when occupying one of the first two attendee spaces. Additional adults are CAD 30 each. Children attend free but still require an attendee space and count toward event capacity.
  3. Each attendee space may add one optional event T-shirt for CAD 10 at checkout. A fit and size are required only for an ordered shirt. Merchandise choices help with advance ordering but do not guarantee a specific brand, exact garment measurements, or exchanges after the ordering deadline.
  4. Tickets reserve event capacity, not a numbered campsite. Fox & Maple will assign car and sleeping locations after the roster is complete and email the booking lead a placement map in the final week before the event. Shared groups will be placed together where reasonably possible.
  5. Tickets are non-refundable. A paid ticket may be resold or transferred only after Fox & Maple is notified and updates the attendee and vehicle details. If Fox & Maple cancels the event because of severe weather, wildfire, evacuation order, unsafe site conditions, or another event outside its reasonable control, the ticket payment will be returned in full.
  6. No food or drinks are included. Guests self-cater and must use cooking equipment safely, obey fire restrictions, keep flames and hot equipment clear of tents, vehicles, trees, and combustible materials, and keep a suitable extinguisher available.
  7. Alcohol is permitted only for responsible adults. Disruptive intoxication is not permitted. Impaired driving is prohibited. A guest who creates a safety risk or seriously breaches event rules may be removed without a ticket refund.
  8. This is a static social vehicle gathering. Burnouts, racing, drifting, revving, decibel demonstrations, speed tests, dangerous driving, and engine idling beside occupied tents or sleeping vehicles are prohibited.
  9. Each attending vehicle must be roadworthy, registered, insured, and operated by an appropriately licensed and sober driver. Proof may be requested at check-in. Fox & Maple staff do not take custody of guest vehicles or keys.
  10. A sleeping tent or sleeping in the vehicle is allowed within the assigned placement. A freestanding party canopy may be no larger than 3 m by 6 m. Each attendee in a shared group may use an individual sleeping tent, but the entire shared group is limited to one party canopy. All equipment must fit the placement and follow staff safety directions. The septic field is not available for vehicles, tents, canopies, or staked equipment.
  11. Quiet hours, low-volume music, walking-speed site traffic, fire restrictions, pet approval, surveillance notices, and all posted campground and event rules apply. Pets require written approval before arrival.
  12. Trees and outdoor conditions create risks including falling trees, limbs, branches, pinecones, needles, sap, wind, rain, smoke, wildfire, uneven ground, insects, and damage to people, vehicles, tents, or equipment. Video surveillance may operate in common and access areas for safety and security; it is not used in washrooms, showers, or intentionally inside guest tents.
  13. Each adult participant must sign their own current event waiver before admission. The booking lead cannot sign for another adult. A child does not receive or sign the adult waiver. The booking lead must confirm parent or legal-guardian permission and continuous responsible-adult supervision for every attendee under 19. This confirmation is not a liability waiver signed for a child. Acceptance of these booking terms does not replace an adult participant’s waiver.

No food or drinks are included. Bring your own supplies and prepare meals at your camp setup in accordance with campground and fire-safety rules.
