The 2026 JDM Campout is our first Motor Weekend. We are keeping it deliberately small, listening to the people who join us and learning what works at the campground.

A quiet two-night campout for Japanese-brand vehicles—stock, modified, classic or imported. Children attend free when registered and supervised, and count toward event capacity; the booking lead, every participating driver and every adult waiver signer must be 19 or older.
Park, pitch your sleeping setup and add a canopy, chairs, lights and the comforts that make your site feel like yours.
Walk the compound, read the build cards, take photos and talk to the people who know every detail of their cars.
No spectators, racing, burnouts or decibel contests. Music stays low and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
If the first JDM Campout finds its community, future editions could celebrate other ways people enjoy machines and the outdoors.
