A quiet Friday-to-Sunday campout for Japanese cars and their people in Little Fort, British Columbia.
This is the first time Fox & Maple is hosting a vehicle campout. We are beginning with one carefully sized JDM weekend, learning alongside the participants and seeing whether Motor Weekends should become a tradition.
Japanese-brand vehicles are welcome—stock, modified, classic or imported. Families are welcome too. The booking lead, every participating driver and every adult waiver signer must be 19 or older; children attend with parent or legal-guardian permission and continuous responsible-adult supervision.
The entire campground is reserved exclusively for registered event participants during the campout. There are no ordinary stays, public spectators or unregistered visitors during the event.
One registered feature vehicle, up to two adults and the complete Friday-to-Sunday campout.
Two to six vehicle passes purchased together, saving $29 per vehicle. Each vehicle includes up to two adults and still counts toward the vehicle cap.
For a registered adult beyond the two adult spaces included with a vehicle pass.
Sleep in your vehicle or set up a sleeping tent beside it. Add a party canopy, chairs, sofas, outdoor-rated lighting, a television or whatever creates a comfortable camp—provided it stays safe, quiet and inside the space Fox & Maple assigns.
You will not choose a numbered campsite during checkout. Once the roster and group sizes are final, Fox & Maple will create the placement plan. During the final week before the event, each booking lead receives the assigned car-and-tent location and a small map. Shared-canopy groups will be kept together.

Badminton, cornhole, ring toss, giant Jenga and other light games are welcome in the marked grass area.
No vehicles, sleeping tents, generators, BBQs, heavy structures, digging or stakes in that area.
Available casually all day, with no competition or leaderboard.
Clean, dry participant-to-participant parts only.
Walk the sites, see the details and meet the owners.
A friendly session for facts, oddities and good guesses.
Low-key games in the designated lightweight-use area.
Atmosphere, comfort and thoughtful use of space.
Care, detailing and presentation.
Original thinking and well-executed details.
A welcoming, helpful and respectful presence.
This is camping. Bring your own groceries, drinks and safe cooking setup, then get creative at your site. Cooking equipment must remain attended and follow all fire restrictions and event instructions.
Responsible alcohol use is allowed only for registered adults aged 19 or older. Intoxicated, disruptive behaviour and any impaired driving are not. Pets are considered only by prior request and must be approved before arrival.
Tickets are not refundable. They may be privately resold or transferred after Fox & Maple is notified and the replacement participant accepts all event requirements.
If Fox & Maple cancels the event because of severe weather, wildfire or comparable unsafe conditions, event ticket payments will be returned in full.
Camping around trees and vehicles includes risks such as uneven ground, weather, falling trees or branches, pinecones, sap, vehicle movement, fire and other participants' equipment. Each adult must review and sign the final event waiver for themselves before attending. Children do not sign the adult waiver; the booking lead confirms parent or legal-guardian permission and continuous responsible-adult supervision.
Video surveillance may operate at entrances, internal roads, facilities and common areas for safety, security and incident review. Cameras are not installed in washrooms or showers or intentionally directed inside sleeping tents.
The complete booking terms and privacy information are available during registration. After payment is confirmed, every adult attendee receives the current individual event waiver and signs only for themselves; children do not receive an adult waiver.
Registration is open now, with 36 vehicle spaces and 40 additional attendee spaces currently available. Availability is confirmed when checkout accepts the registration.
When available, payment options are secure card checkout through Square or Interac e-Transfer.
